TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Look no further if you want an honest, capable, professional plumber. I got connected to Frank from a friend who highly recommended him. I'm thankful because the entire experience may be the best I've had for any home improvement/maintenance/repair service. Frank was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was patient in helping us understand the problem and the steps that he would take to remedy our situation. I didn't know the size of the regulator that needed to be replaced and he came out early in the morning to check for himself, went to purchase the part, and then came back. I felt like he cared about making sure that we were satisfied before he considered the job complete. It was a truly positive experience for what has been part of a stressful problem for us.

First time he did a great repair job on my Water Heater and saved me several hundred dollars. Other plumbers wanted to install a new one and he said I can use mine few more years. Guess which plumber I hired? Another time he did a massive repair job on my rental property 35 miles away when an underground water main broke. He was there early in the morning and fixed it personally. Over time he has saved me thou$ands. If you don't hire him you are wasting money. He always does little extra things for me that I didn't ask of him. Frank is very honest, professional, clean and prompt. Always. He is not only a smell good plumber, he is also a feel good plumber. He always makes you feel good. Update: Above was my review from 6 years ago. My water heater still works six years later. I would have replaced a perfectly good water heater 6 years ago.

Frank Park was a very experienced plummer. He also has a general contractor's license. He find exactly the problem of my shower without breaking my wall. He finished his job very quickly and efficiently. he saved my money and time very well. I strongly recommend him to my family and friends.
